in my updated logo i added a bevel and a shadow around the circle and an inner showed to make it look more crisp and clean, i also changed one of the axes to look similar to to the other as long as finding better quality pictures so they look cleaner and crisper as well
you talked about thumbnail 7 in your research post but there were no thumbnail images. please also use naming conventions on the title of your postings. i think it was off to a good start with the banner in the middle, the crossing axes and some element encircling everything but your only update from thursday to tuesday was adding layer styles to the circle and finding better axes which is not a major update. think about what type of elements they would have used in the middle ages to encircle their graphics, you can upgrade that circle into a stronger element. also think about having the banner wrap around that encircling element or the axes and then the text can follow that by using paths in illustrator.
